from what website is this "unhacked me"? the closest I found was "unhack me" made in 2005. its not a known app.
its possible that one of its "fixes" changed one line in your settings (i.e. ineternet connection settings, use of VPN, dial-up, etc etc)
won't know for sure unless we see more details, you can use some tools like combofix (download only from bleepingcomputer.com), OldTimer ListIt (also from bleepingcomputer), etc
take note though, these files will generate a log file and from that logfile, you will need someone who understands it if it still does not solve the problem. combofix will apply some fixes and then generate a logfile. oldtimer is a logging tool, it will list changes made to the computer recently, files in common places where viruses also exists, etc
