Espiya.net may not be used to promote a commercial website without express permission or advertising approval from Espiya.net
Content Posted on the Site
* You understand and agree that espiya.net may review and delete any content, messages, photos or profiles (collectively, "Content") that in the sole judgment of espiya.net violate this Agreement or which might be offensive, illegal, or that might violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of Members.
* We may, but have no obligation to, remove Content and accounts containing Content that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory or otherwise objectionable or violates any party's intellectual property or these Terms of Service.
* You are solely responsible for your conduct and any data, text, information, screen names, graphics, photos, profiles, audio and video clips, links (?Content?) that you submit, post, and display on the espiya.net service or transmit to other Members.
* You must not abuse, harass, threaten, impersonate or intimidate other espiya.net users.
* You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
* You must not, in the use of espiya.net, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
* You must not use Espiya.net to promote services and websites/forums that compete with Espiya.net and or its advertisers
Acceptable Use
You agree to not use espiya.net's Service to:
a. upload, post, e-mail, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that spreads messages of terror or depicts torture or death-gui; if serious enough, the content will be reported to the appropriate legal authority and/or the member's ISP will be contacted;
b. harm minors in any way, this includes any form of child pornography; if serious enough, the content will be reported to the appropriate legal authority and/or the member's ISP will be contacted;
c. provide material that exploits people under the age of 18 in a sexual or violent manner, or solicits personal information from anyone under 18;
d. upload, post, e-mail, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party.
e. provide instructional information about illegal activities such as making or buying illegal weapons, violating someone's privacy, or providing or creating computer viruses;
f. solicit passwords or personal identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes from other users; and
g. engage in commercial activities and/or sales without our prior written consent such as contests, sweepstakes, and pyramid schemes;
h. promote services and websites/forums that compete with Espiya.net and or its advertisers
espiya.net neither sanctions nor permits site content or the transmission of data that contains illegal material or fosters or promotes illegal activity, including but not limited to, gambling, the offering for sale of illegal weapons, and the promotion or publication of any material that may violate hate crimes legislation.
While espiya.net prohibits such conduct and content on its site, you understand and agree that espiya.net cannot be responsible for the Content posted on its web site and you nonetheless may be exposed to such materials and that you use the espiya.net service at your own risk.
espiya.net reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate any account or transmission that violates this policy, without prior notice.

The staff and the owner of this forum reserve the right to remove objectionable content, within a reasonable time frame, if they determine that removal is necessary. This is a manual process, however, please realize that they may not be able to remove or edit particular messages immediately. This policy applies to member profile information as well.
