Stolen Phonecam Photographs
« on: April 29, 2009, 07:17:40 am »
I hope I'm not posting my question in the wrong forum and I hope I'm not going to get into trouble for this but I was wondering: what's the Espiya Republic's policy regarding photos uploaded from stolen mobile phones?

The reason I ask is that a friend of mine lost her phone on her way to work between 8:00 and 8:40 last night and it hasn't been returned to her; truth be told, we're doubtful if it ever will be returned to her. She has a nude photograph of herself and her best friend stored in the memory of her phone and, on the off-chance that it might show up in the Espiya Republic, might I be allowed to request that the moderators delete it if and when I do see it posted here? If she'd granted her permission, she wouldn't mind if it did get posted for all the Espiyas to see but, since the phone was stolen, I don't think it would be right for anyone to upload it here.

Thank you for this opportunity to log my question and my request. I hope I posted it on the right forum; if not, then I'd be much obliged if this were moved to the proper place on Espiya. I apologize for any trouble that I might've caused.

I suppose you're right, M. Screamshot. But I have a feeling that by the time it gets here, my friend's phot might've already been forwarded from one person to a whole chain of others.

I appreciate your reply, sir. I'm hoping for the best, as is my friend. I told her that the members of the Espiya Republic are all honorable people and would do the right thing so she doesn't have to worry about any mischief taking place here with regards to her photograph.

By way of thanks, might I give you this, sir?  finger4u

yan din iniisip ko.. ;)

pero sa observation ko, di naman tayo nawawalan ng staff dito ehh... i mean, ako pabago-bago shift ko.. pang gabi and pang umaga and lagi ko nakikita na may naka-login na staff parati...kahit isa pero meron...so pwede tayo mag expect ng immediate na action kung sakaling lumabas man yan dito..

Here's her photograph (she's the one on the left) and that's her best friend with her so it's the two of them in the photograph I mentioned. Oh, yes--I forgot this detail: according to her, the photograph is in black and white. Me, I don't even have a camera phone so I didn't know you could take black-and-white pictures using a mobile phone.

I hope this helps, Messieurs. I apologize if I can't give their names without asking their permission, although some of the other members of the Republic might even be their co-workers or might even know them.

Since this has been brought up, I was just wondering why girls take nude photos of themselves and store it in their phone? I mean, if you're gonna send it to a husband/boyfriend somewhere far, you should delete it right away after sending, diba?

Wag mo sanang masamain, pero nagtataka lang talaga ako kung bakit may mga babaeng ganun.. :D

The good news is that she deleted all of it except the one I mentioned, sir. I'm not sure why they took those photos but I'm assuming it was probably the large amount of alcohol that they imbibed beforehand. It was a company outing of some kind so the booze was being dispensed quite liberally. I'm just glad that they took those photos in the privacy of the room in which they were billeted and that nobody else was present.

I'd take it at face value that they just received it from another source. But I'd still ask for it to be deleted, M. Arsonista.

No, and I'm sorry if that's all I can say about her, M. Eboyako.

Indeed, M. Chazy-Chaz. I can see just how helpful the members of the Espiya Republic are. Thank you, sir; thank you, M. DJDaveTrance; thank you, M. Hupaw; and thank you all for the support and the offers of assistance.

I guess people do unusual things when they get inebriated, M. NakedMind. Personally, I'm glad they were by themselves when they did that.

Point taken and considered, M. Pornfreak. I've been searching a couple of other sites I know. So far it hasn't surfaced and I hope it never does but you never know.
