Yeap.... Bootcamp actually enables you to run windows os in your apple computer. Parallel/vmware is the one responsible in making other OSs such as windows to run IN your mac os... I've set up mine so that i'm running my bootcamp when i use vmware fusion or parallel.

haven't heard someone whose using sp3. haven't tried it though, and never will. if your using a mac make it a mac all the way.

kung mac ang computer mo, mas recommend kong gumamit ka ng "Parallel Desktop". Dual boot in one computer, you have Mac OSX and XP or Vista, its easy in switching between two OS, no need to logout.
