Try kong i-redownload at i-pascan sa antivirus ko with latest definitions (wala kasing nadetect last time na dinownload ko yung installer).

Pwedeng malaman kung ano yung antivirus mo?

Para dun sa mga nakadownload na: May nadetect ba na virus yung mga AV niyo? Nainstall naman ba ng maayos?

Dun sa mga walang sound, try nyo na iupdate yung DirectX sa latest version:

http://www.filehippo.com/download_directx/ (for Windows XP)

Kung Vista gamit nyo, most likely updated na yung DirectX.

Kung wala pa rin, iupdate nyo yung mga sound cards/chipset nyo sa latest drivers. Tingnan nyo na lang yung mga manuals at websites ng sound card/chipset nyo para malaman kung san idodownload yung drivers.
