rapid weight loss

mga ka espiya need ur help huhuhuhu nasa 87 kg na ko ang height ko 5'7 pahelp naman kung my workout program kayo step by step pati food eating really serious to lose my, atlis 70 kilo target ko weight wid bit of muscles or toned body salamat po music:: music:: music::

measure mo rice in-take mo. ok lang na nadaming sinangag sa breakfast. pero lunch at dinner bawasan mo na. 1 cup rice, lunch and dinner. and eating before 6pm also works. kung may hunger pangs pa after eating dinner, water will do.

kung drastic talaga, steamed kangkong or pechay lang ulamin mo.

more on cardio lang papi... gawin mo 10minutes... den tomorrow 15... masasanay katawan mo sisiw na lang sau yan...
basta walang sigarilyo sayang pinaghirapan mo... alak pede pa...
sa weights... dont lift heavy weights... the manier repeats the better...
wag ka mahiya kung maliliit lng binubuhat mo sa gym...

bro search mo sixpackshortcut sa youtube... it shows core exercise which is way better than running or jogging kasi our core is the main focal point of our energy... imagine your self as a car.. you need to burn calories just like a car which needs to burn gas.. kapag ang isang kotse pinatay mo ang makina sa gabi.. stagnant ang gas unlike kapag iniwan mo na running overnight then mas mabilis mabuburn ung gas.. same goes with calories..

sa workout mag more on cardio exercises ka tapos light lang sa weight lifting exercises mo
bawasan mo din ung kain mo ng kanin tapos pag sa gabi kung kaya mo wag ka na magkanin
pede ka rin gumamit ng fat burners kung gusto mong mas mabilis ang pagpapapayat mo

From my own experience: RUN! RUN LIKE A BITCH!  ::lmao

Seriously, yun yung advice sa akin ng mga ka-espiya sa akin. 5km a day 5 days a week. Kung nasa gym ka concentrate more on cardio. At least 40 mins per day. Kung bitin ka ng oras sa gym mag cardio ka nalang wag ka na magbuhat. Kung nagbubuhat ka dapat 4 sets tapos yung reps mo dapat aabot ng 14-18.

subukan mo yung insanity workout, literally insane! kahit wala kang equipments basta may saktong space ka lang pwedeng pwede na! first 5 workout pa lang kitang kita na ang result.

pwede rin yung kay George St-Pierre yung Rushfit, yun nga lang kailangan mo ng dalawang dumbbells, di importante kung magaan o mabigat ang dumbbells mo

natigil ko lang to kasi di na ako nakakatulog tuwing gabi ko kasi to ginagawa

the best cardio workout is jogging. + yung link na bigay ni trafficjam, yan ang workout ko araw araw. pag tamad ka namang mag jogging try mo ibang cardio sa link ni trafficjam meron din dun.. sa abs workout naman eto ginagawa ko mhttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RpqwmjXUeQ8. the best yan na program after 2 weeks makikita mo yung resulta basta araw araw mo gawin.. nga pala di ako nag pumupunta sa gym,

i've done extensive reading and contrary to popular belief, hindi cardio ang ultimate solution. kelangan mo mag build ng muscle kaya kelangan mo ng weights. hindi ibig sabihin mag mala-arnold ka. pero more muscles means faster metabolism. ang cardio kasi pag tumigil ka, tigil na rin pag burn ng calories. unlike pag build ka muscle, kahit natutulog ka nag burn pa rin ng calories.

bago ka muna mag-exercise workout mo muna ang diet mo

commonly di sinasabi ito

diet muna bawasan mo ang pagkain tuwing gabi kase mabagal ang metabolism ng tao sa gabi kase yung iba exercise agad yun after ng exercise dimo makokontrol yung appetite mo parang wala din nangyayari

kapag sanay kana sa diet yun start kana ng exercise

1. biking or jogging

2. weightlifting
depende sa gusto mong tone upper or lowerbody,  shoulder, breast, back, biceps, triceps etc.
mga maliit na scale lang na 3 repetition kapag sanay na increase sa 5 repetition pataas

kung wala kang pera 2 liters of mineral water pwede na yun or 1 galoon para sa mabibigat

wow TS magaan ka palang,,,,ako nga last 107.4 KG...nag gym lang ako..ung pang cardio...tapos jogging sa umaga nang mga 1hour...aun ok naman..1 week naging 94.6KG bro..

Mag Cardio exercise ka lang...NO PAIN NO GAIN nga..
