X-Men Origins: Wolverine (2009) - 12 mistakes
-During the Vietnam War scene, Logan is seen equipped with supposedly XM177 Carbine/Colt Commando, unfortunately it's not that weapon, but actually M4 which is issued in the late 90s and popular among soldiers today. Weapon experts will notice the difference.
-When Wolverine breaks into the lab at 3 Mile Island, he uses his claw blade to cut through the bolts. The claw moves upward from down. However, the topside of the blade is blunt whereas the bottom side is sharp, so it would have been more sensible if he cut the bolts by swiping from top to bottom.
-Gambit flies Wolverine to 3 Mile Island via helicopter. Wolverine jumps off the chopper and swims to the island. When he shows up at Gen Stryker's lab, he and his clothes are perfectly dry.
-Wolverine's wife's death is faked with the use of hydrochlorothiazide. That's a real drug, but it's just a diuretic. It won't slow the heart, it may actually speed it up by lowering blood pressure. All it's going to do is make you urinate.
-When Logan chops down the tree, its canopy is shown to be rounded, but when the tree hits the ground it has a different shape, noticeably more pointed at the top.
-When "New" Wolverine breaks out of the dam, after he was soaked in water, he comes out perfectly dry and hair neatly styled.
-Wolverine fights the Blob in the boxing ring and knocks him out. When he interrogates the Blob on the whereabouts of 'the island' he draws his claws in a horizontal line, but when the shot switches back (beside Wolverine's shoulder), his claws are in a vertical line facing the Blob's face. The alignment of the claws switched from horizontal to vertical every time the shot changes.
- When Victor holds Wolverine's "resurrected" wife in one hand around her neck, you can see the wires that hold her up when he throws her to the ground.
-The blades Weapon XI wields are nearly the full length of the arm. If this were true, he would not be able bend at the elbows.
-After Wolverine arrives at 3 Mile Island he approaches through a thick fog. Above him are a series of conveyor belts that are used at a coal power plant, not a nuclear plant such as 3 Mile Island. The belts are unique to coal mines and coal power plants, and would not be found at a nuclear power plant. The filmmakers obviously couldn't film on the site of a nuclear plant, so filmed on a coal plant to fill in.
-The opening shot establishes the location as 1845 Northwest Territories, Canada. Canada did not become a country until 1867. Even then, the NWT was owned by the Hudson Bay company.
-In X-Men 2, when Wolverine re-enters the room where he had the adamantium grafted to his body, there are numerous claw marks on the walls and water bath which have obviously been made by him (3 marks, ie. his claws - Deathstrike would have made 4 or 5). In this film he just gets up and runs out of the room, doing nothing to justify where the claw marks come from.
just took from some site heheheheh mapapansin mo nga din naman eh
