HELP: A4Tech Webcam
« on: December 28, 2008, 10:27:26 pm »
mga peeps i have a new rig, my mobo is m2n-sli and my webcamera is a4tech pk-635M

i can play lots of new games on my pc, the problem is whenever i install my a4tech webcam, when i install > reboot > plug the cam, and when i open the cam on yahoo it gives me the error "controller doesnt have enuff bandwith"

how come it says that?, my sister has an older board, but a4tech works like a charm on her pc, ive tried everything clean installs of my OS, no other usb devices, same result. and sometimes it runs but the hitch is, my mic wont work.

but most of the time the error will be  "controller doesnt have enuff bandwith" and when i try to see the bandwith allocation it says the webcam device requires 72% bandwith ( damm ) but my USB bandwith allocation is already 30+ when totaled. no other usb devices attach, allocation is for system controllers as stated on my device manager.

USB HUB wont fix this as ive asked around, cuz usb hub only increases the port holes, not the bandiwth

ANy body experience this issues?

my MOBO: ASUS M2N-SLI
my WebCam : A4tech PK-635M

NOTE: already tried everything, clean install of OS, latest webcamera drivers for A4Tech
Latest Nvidia 9500 GT Video Drivers.

Help wud be really appreciate

Happy Holidays.
