this is really old as in 2006 pa ito and PLDT ito not bayantel... the fact that she asked for a PL number na tinatanong samin ng PLDT when we call for tech support

ngayun ko lang naririnig to... ok to ah!

actually nangyari din sa akin yan bago lang ... the other day pero iba sitwasyun...

gusto kong ipa-lock yung ndd ko... kaso yung ibinibigay nilang lock code...

di umu-ubra... walang function...! limang beses ako tumawag sa operator...

para ma lock... pero di pa rin nagfunction yung lock code na ibinibigay!

kaya pagdating ng bill.... almost 10thou nabayaran ko sa ndd...

p_@#@! kano talaga....! pero sa globelines yung nangyari sa akin...

dapat ko bang bayaran?

DUde,

para sa akin dami talga MALI PLDT myDSL at PLDT

kasi nga tagal makabitan.................umabot ng 1month........

tas pag meron na phone umabot ng 1 week for the dial tone


tas meron nang dial tone + number after 1 week nag change na nman kami ng number

another 1 week na naman para changing of new number...........


then after 1 week..........umabot pa tlaga ng 2 weeks for the INternet CONNECtion........

hahayst!!!

at yun meron na INTERNET.....................

Hindi naman mawawala ang mga flaws sa services ng broadband internet yun nga lang ang PLDT talaga namang no. 1  ;D

inanaLyze ko ung recorded call..

ung costumer, bad trip cya.  Ung CSR, hindi bad trip.  Pero nabadtrip cya.
Yung customer, ang sabi "t@#& !na naman..".  Ang sagot ng CSR, "t@#& !na mo rin!"

Ang sabi ng customer, minumura mo ko?  Ang sagot ng CSR "Eh di ko nman po kau minura eh.."

Ang sabi ng customer, "Eh sabi mo 't@#& !na mo rin' eh anu tawag dun?"
Ung CSR umiyak.. "Huhuhu.. wag naman po kau magmura.. huhu.. (awa effect) nagtatrabaho Lng naman po kami.." (which is tama)

ang sabi ng customer "DI AKO NAGMURA ANG SABI KO 't@#& !na NAMAN' HINDI 't@#& !na MO'... "

Nadala yung CSR sa kanyang emosyon, cguro cya ung tipong gaLing sa maayos na pamiLya na waLang murahan.  Or kabaLigtaran, ung CSR gaLing din sa maguLong pamiLyang puno ng murahan.


YAN ANG PINOY.  TATAK PINOY.

may mali kasi dito yung costumer kasi alam na man nya na ang csr ay hangang sa pag report lang yan ng problema o di kaya mag sabi kung ano ang dahilan ng problema. its like barking at the wrong tree... ive already experienced this problem and i reported to them to deduct the days my connection was offline and they did. on my 3rd time calling them. screw u pldt. ehehe

 ahh dati na ata ito eh...tama ba?? oh me bago? ...preho kasi silang mali jan eh...

   nkaka buset ung lalake ang kulit kc eh..ayan natampal sya ng mura tuloy  :D :D :D
