I just learned a few minutes ago na lumabas na pala result sa US, panalo si David Cook.

There were 97.5 million votes with 56% of them going to David Cook.

yeah! I watched it live.. I'm for Cook all the way! this is the first season of Idol that I rooted for someone..  maybe because the top 2 were both the same name as me..

I'm rooting also for David Cook, I'm glad he won, kala ko malakas sa votes ung isa, hindi pala hehe..

I like Cook better too pero based sa performance nila last night, I think Archuleta should have won.  That goes to prove what Simon always says that Idol is a popularity contest more than a singing contest.
