Smart Bro is using Dynamic IP kaya d possible ang sinasabi mo.... kahit gumamit ka pa ng dalawang router d mo pwedeng ma balance yun.... regarding sa back up bakit parehas smart bro wala rin kwenta un pag down ang main athena ng smart down parehas un ^^  kung mamaka kuha ka ng isang Internet provider na may Static IP pwede un .....
