im guessing merong files u have on PC and laptop na may Virus that changed ur registry

Go to the Control Panel. Check mo yung Power Options. Hanapin mo yung 'Power button action'. Or 'Start Menu Power button'. Kung naka-set sya sa Restart, change mo sa Shutdown.
