pls help me about networking and the right OS

mga tol spy, :(

                patulong i have a problem about networking co'z our valued costumer always saying that palaging nag hahang daw ang pc ko at nag nalalag sya parang humihina. here my profile: intel p4 2.26 esc  PM-800-M2 at sa ka p4 2.66 PT800CE-A7, 256 ram radeon 128 gigabytes my OS windows xp pro and my connection is small biz pldt, 1 year na ako sa aking internet cafe, im using edimax router and surecom hud ang gamit ko obtain ip. mahina daw connection speed ko lalo na online games likes rakion mu philippines ggclient dota. ano bah ang dapat kong gawin dito para maayos ang speed at anong kailangan e upgrade sa hardware ko o hindi kaya sa requirements sa mga laro na to. ayaw ko muna palitan motherboard ko kasi 1 pa man to sayang ang gastos. mga tol sana matolongan nyo ako dito para ma satisfied na man yong mga comtumer ko. salamat in advice!!!

tol sa tingin ko di yan sa specs mo....ok naman yung pc mo eh!!!

hmnn... wala nman siguro sa hardware ang prob mo bro... may nabasa din kse ako sa ibang forum na mabagal daw talaga sa gaming ang pldt dsl... so internet provider ang problem... tingin ko...

do you regularly do maintenance on your pc's? like defrag, remove temp files, clean the fans, etc

ya, every nyt and even im always updating my software but im not using defragment only tune-up 2006 im using also betdefender 9 pro, talaga bang kailangan mag defrag ang alam ko sa win98 lng yan magagamit. i'll try it! salamat sa info!  :)

sir... oks nman specs ng pc mo pro try mo update memory mo i 512 mo daw...
tapos observ ka muna... kc xp ang os mo din check mo rin bandwidth connction mo...
