Tol... those are called Emulators..
specifically NeoGeo or CPS2 Emulators..
and each game (think of it as a cartridge) is in a file called a ROM..

WinKawaks - This is the program i use. Especially to play Marvel vs Capcom [ung pnakaluma]

meron ako dito ng mga ganyan..pero tanung lang paano ko e e upload tapos e split ko para maka download yung iba na naka dial-up lang.....

di ko pa na try mag upload eh...di ako marunong kung marunong  na ako..e share ko tong akin..maganda to....

then fatal fury 1 to 3 then art of fighting 1&2 tapos blazing star!!

tapos sa 2.kawaks ko ang games ay metal slug 1 to 5 then snk vs chaos plus" ito pinakapaborito ko..then samurai 5 then mark of wolves.. king of fighters 2003

then meron then ako 3.supernes mortal combat 1 to 4 then street fighter world edition,turbo edition at super turbo edition

on some cases po meron... pero usually you have to buy the cd's  and other stuffs...  pra sa mga ps emulators...


EMULATING TIPS:

   for your computer to emulate the quality of a game in its original console youe computer must be 4x better than the specs of the console which the game runs on. kaya asa pa ako ng ma run ko ang ffx2 sa personal computer ko ng ganun kaganda... ang specs ako is only  twice as much as what a ps2 can... ahihi...

so far the best psx emulator ive used is epsxe.. search mo nlng yan tol at ang mga bios niya.. if you want an easy way search for "epsxe" sa limewire, dami diyan.. some nga comlete na (emulator, plug-ins, bios)

if you installed properly epsxe and its working na (proper configs, etc) you can use your psx games there already.. also some games can be downloaded thru torrent sites. Ive downloaded finalfantasy 7,8,9 sa mga torrent sites like "thepiratebay.org" etc.. hehehe.. just a quick tip
