Medyo may katagalan na rin but here it goes ~
Here is an example of a dog's pedigree.
(a chart that records ancestry.)Click the image for a detailed view. Here is my simple understanding about this pedigree but magcoconcentrate nalang ako dun sa binox ko para di masyadong OT.
(referring to the supplied image.)LINE 1The
prefix on the dog's name indicates the title won by the dog.
CH means Champion and is printed in red mark.
GR CH means Grand Champion and is printed in green mark.
There are other titles but I'm not sure kung applicable lahat sa PCCI.
Follow this link. BTW
Philippine Canine Club Inc. (PCCI) is the only internationally recognized registering body for pedigreed dogs in our country.
And then may
suffix din tayo minsang makikita which is usually enclosed in a parenthesis
( ),this naman indicates the place of origin err kung saang bansa nangaling yung aso. Pag walang ganun then it means that yung dog mo is local born. May instances din na related sa competition like kung nag participate ba sya as an agility dog.
How do you get colored marks?Compete ka sa conformation ring.
(show ring.)You can also try other competitive sports katulad ng seigers for working breeds.
When you compete and win, you get points and earn titles.
LINE 2Dito naman makikita ang registry number and foreign registry number ng dog. Pag wala na space sa certificate dito na rin makikita ang dog color and reference number ng mga laboratory/clinical test made sa dog. This is usually related sa well-being ng dog.
LINE 3Wala naman ganong pinagkaiba sa
LINE 2.
Uhm yun ~ sana nakatulong kahit onti.
And as for the redmarks+dog?
anne&jo and
ugat said it very well.
