Magandang araw sa inyo!!
Guys, I really need help. Sobrang hirap po kasi ako magdagdag ng timbang. I'm not skinny. I have an athletic physique, lean but not skinny. Pero gusto ko po kasi mag bulk-up kahit konti lang but I'm really having a hard time doing it.
Nag wowork-out ako. I'm hitting the weights, doing pull-ups, and all other stuffs that target specific muscles of my upper body. I also do routines where several muscle-groups are involved pero wala pa rin talaga. When I work out, sobrang dami ko ring kumain. Natuturn off mga kadate kong chikababes dahil pati sila kinakain ko rin.
Bale I work out 4 days a week. I don't run kasi minsang ginawa ko yun, nabawasan ang timbang ko kaya strictly lifting lang po ginagawa ko. I eat a lot of proteins, fats, balot, fresh milk, soy, carbs...
pero mahirap pa rin talaga...
I'm 24, 5'9 po ako and my current weight is around 153lbs.
