One of the interviewers mentioned na 18k ang basic plus 5k allowance and 20% night differential. what if po kung 3 years na experience ko sa callcenter tech support, ganun pa rin ba ang rate?
to "manjojombag", anong site mo preh? tp edsa ka ba? bigpond? hehe..TP din ako dati, from edsa to fairview.
to "kluverbucy", for some reasons, ayaw ng mga callcenters ang nursing students, (especially for some big BPOs like convergys) kasi po, one question during interviews is "do you plan to go to abroad?" or "are you done with your IELTS exams or ano ano mang exams... The operations manager / Recruitment will make sure na ung mga agents na ihihire nila would not affect the employment turnovers. Kasi, the bigger percentage of turnovers, it only means that the BPO industry is not stable, hence, nakakasira ng image ng isang company. Bakit nursing? kasi dati, ung mga iba, ginagawa lang nila ang callcenter as pampalipas oras while waiting for visa, or waiting for the next exam...kaya ayun... so if ever magaaply ka, its best to say you dont have any plans to go abroad, nor to take exams...basta palusot ka nalang. ang importante is makapasa ka sa recruitment...un na un...^^
