My nose!

Ask ko lang po sana kung anu kaya magagawa ko dito sa ilong ko, kapag pinipisil ko eh me parang nana (yellowish) na lumalabas minsan konti minsan naman andami! damn!! parang nandidiri na nga ako sa ilong ko eh.. Pinipisil ko lang kasi para lumabas yung nana dahil kung hinde nauuwi sa inflammation. Ang pangit na tuloy ng ilong ko parang aspalto na dinadaanan ng malalaking truck! Can't help myself naman na hindi ko gawin yun pagpisil kasi nga po nauuwi sa pamamaga.

Ano po ba magandang gamot dito? besides medyo malaki na yung mga pores dun sa ilong ko...anu po kaya magandang gawin? :( :(  (Sabi ko nga eh kung magkapera lang ako unang ipapagawa ko ung ilong ko! hehe) ;D

white heads yan bro, normal lang yan lalo na pagnagbibinata ka ehehe, try mo nalang bumili ng mga facial wash para hindi gaanong magka white heads or black heads isa yan sa nagiging sanhi ng pimples :)

sabi ko na nga ba whiteheads to eh..haha thanks sir..matagal na din ako gumagamit ng facial wash kaso di ata effective sa mukha ko super oily kasi eh! hay... :( :( nakakahiya tuloy sa gf ko at sa family nya ipapakilala pa nman nya ako.  smoking::

try mo yung mga soap at facial wash na may oil control ...

maganda pa punta ka sa dermatologist... toast::

Niresearch na kita...

Stay away from astringents sir...baka sensitive skin mo...

Pero sa akin dati way back nung college:nag aastringent muna ko...pag malinis na face ko...hilamos ako ng malamig na tubig...effective sakin...kasi minsan nakakairritate ng skin yung chemicals kaya need banlawan.

Saka plenty of sleep po.

Positive! White heads yan, my fellow spy. Have that extracted. Punta ka sa mga facial centers. Or you can do it manually. Be sure lang na malinis yung kamay mo at ilong mo para hindi mainfect. Disinfect mo muna with alcohol bago mo tanggalin.

gamitin mo yung ATM card mo at ipalitada mo sa ilong mo para matanggal yung parang white o yellow na lumalabas, epektib bro tanggal yung sebo!

Ipatingin mo na sa doctor sir. everytime na hindi ka sure sa nangyayari sayo best solution is to see an expert in this case kailangan mo ng medical expertise.
