hot water compress and cold compress . . alternating start with hot . .  sabayan ng mefenamic acid (dolfenal 500)

if acute palang, put ice compress or you can also massage the ice(icing) sa affected area for around 5 mins in circular motion. an option after that is you can also apply salonpas. then after a few hours kung masakit parin you can apply hot compress.

additional and kung kaya mo lang. do some range of movements sa neck mo. kunyari side to side, flexion extension(bend forward/backward) kung san kaya lang. parang movement exercises or stretching pero sa kaya lang. i repeat, sa kaya lang. para hindi lang naka stuck sa isang position ang leeg mo. it will help na magregain yung sa near normal or mabawasan yung limit sa movements.

Step 2: makes hilot the neck until the neck is not stiffed.  repeat the steps 1 if in steps 2 you still haves the stiff.
