guys, ask ko lang po. Kapag ang babae daw kakatapos lang magregla, napaka safe daw po e-sex ? totoo poba na hindi sila mabubuntis ? give info please

sabi 7 days before and after pms, pero yung 5 days, mas safe daw pag 3 days. pero no worries pag during pms tirahin mo lol

There are really no safe days for sex. The best way to not get pregnant is to not have sex. Women ovulate at different times. Some women ovulate right before their periods. Generally speaking, sperm can live inside a woman for several days.

Also, keep in mind that for "safe sex" you should always use a condom.

pag regular ang period 5 days before and after safe, pag irregular 3 days before and after, the best way pa rin is using contraception, use spermicide para sure na kahit nag creampie ka eh sperm wont survive
