bro baket naman kailangan pang palitan yung mobo? baka pwedeng mahingi po ang suggestion niyo po? kasi po pina canvass ko po yan sa tipidpc. ang gusto ko lang naman eh yung CPU na pwede sa gaming/multi tasking pero not into gaming talaga. pag gusto ko lang yung game tsaka ko install. inde po ako hardcore player na eh dati oo. hehehehe. pati po mid level na yang CPU na po yan sabi po sa tipidpc na mga forumer/expert not an entry level. and budget is 16k below lang po.

maybe dahil sa brand ng board. kaya gusto papalitan ni sir bodieph yung setup mo, IMO di pa ako nakakatry ng Asrock boards pero maganda mga feedbacks sa kanya

the mobo quoted is kinda old, GF7 pa kasi chipset nyan AND kahit 4 slots ang para sa RAM 2 lang ang actual na pwede mo gamitin dahil yung 2 is for DDR2, the other 2 is for DDR3, hindi mo pwede ipagsabay yan

my suggestion is get something with 780G chipset (or the one with GF8200) mas ok yun and siguro mas mahal lang ng konte

and lastly, sa brand. marami problems sa asrock eh, personally nakaexperience na ako ng problems sa asrock nf7 boards

derecho ka na sa 880g sir. may mga mura.
asrock -- tingin ko ok na to sa mga mobo nila ngayon. improved ang quality.
biostar -- overclock king. 2nd to MSI. yup biostar! eto board ko ngayon. all solid caps to. very durable!
msi -- find cheaper flavors ng 880g nila i'm sure meron.
gigabyte -- same as msi.
asus -- same as msi.

tingin ko pinakamura dito sa list ko is asrock. just check kung all solid caps ang bibilin mong flavor.
biostar is next sa cheapest. msi, gigabyte and asus halos magkakaprice, +500-1k premium price
pero sure ka na quality ang makukuha mo (may mga 3rd party monitoring software ka pa. neat!)

diba po ang price ng 880g nasa 5k? mag-oover na sa budget nyan... ano po ba mga ok na mobos under 3k? ;D

how about ECS A780GM-A? any feedback po?
personally nkapagtry na po ako ng ECS wayback p4classic/athlon xp days kasi mura sya para sa budget pc, ok lang naman, di ko lang alam sa mga bagong multi-core pcs.

about MSi i've always read good reviews about that brand pero sa classic athlon64 days ko, i've tried MSi on 3 different PCs and 2 out of 3 mobos gave up in less than a year yung isa pati 3d card nasira buti nalang nasa warranty period pa sya, one of them gave up in about 2 yrs time by that time i tried jetway, wala na kasi akong mahanap na ibang brand na mura at that time, so far buhay til now only thing is i've immediately noticed na masmabagal sya keysa MSi in terms of everyday normal use.

try ko muna kung ano sasabihin sa tipidpc. pero okay ako dun sa 780g na sinabi ni bodie. na kuntento ako sa mga sinabi niya at may mga sumang ayon naman. pero tingnan ko pa din kung ano sabihin sa tipidpc. anyway thanks sa  mga nag-reply. na-appreciate ko po yun. hindi man ako techie pagdating sa hardware. hehehehe. kudos sa lahat!

haha well its your call, Psus nowadays are overrated. If you aint overclocking, generic psus should suffice. i have a friend that runs 8800 gts on a 500w generic psu. still alive for 2 yrs. be concerned if you let it run 24/7.

just trying to provide an alternative. Anyway mas nauna pa nga na RMA ung OCZ modxstream ko kesa sa generic ko sa isang pc ko.

yes you are right. i will run my pc more than 24 hours but not 24/3+ lol. lagi po akong nag do download ng mga torrent/movies eh. siguro kung susumahin lahat na ng na DL ko more than 300 gig na siguro hehehehe.

OT: haha same, ubos na hdd ko sa mga blu ray rips na movie at installer ng mga games, buti na lang nag baba ng presyo ung 2 tb ng WD
