What are the qualifications to be President and Vice President?

Gusto ko lang open tong topic na to ksi until now wala parin akong makitang pwede iboto ko.
Ayaw ko naman na pag simulan eto ng gulo kindly post lang po yung qualification ng mga manok nio pati narin yung mga achievement.

a person may be elected President  he is a natural-born citizen of the Philippines, a registered voter, able to read and write, at least forty years of age on the day of the election, and a resident of the Philippines for at least ten years immediately preceding such election.

ito yong general qualificationof a presidential and vice presidential candidate....
pero dapat i revise na ito ng senado at kongreso dahil ayon sa COMELEC If you do not the capability to launch a nationwide campaign(in other words....kung wala kang BILYONES) hindi ka qualified...........

natural born filipino? kaya mo nga maging gusto mging presidinte ng pinas diba?
