cd-rom cant detect

Hi guys,
 i have a problem about cd-rom..when i press the open button the drive cant open but the yellow light still open. My computer screen appears without any DVD or cd drive icon.. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!

check mo yung bus pati power connection baka loose o sira na. o kaya sira na mismo yung cd drive mo at may power na lang kaya umiilaw pa rin.

check first muna yung connection. tama ba yung jumper settings nya, natry mo na ba using other ide cable. pag nagawa mo na lahat pero ala pa din sira na yung ROM nyan kaya ganyan.
