this is my opinion lang bro ha.....

better to search a location first, kelangan matao and commercial ang area, and make sure din na wala kang ka kumpitensiya or kung meron man, dapat medyo mas lamang ka sa kanya....

so it's just a piece of advice..... sana makatulong!  ;)

= total malaking gastos.

sa unang taon lang maganda kita since bago mga pc mo. sa 2nd year makikita mong nagdedecline na yung kita mo. pag dating ng ikatlong taon, wala ka ng kinikita kasi naagaw na ng ibang shop mo renters mo since mas bago ang unit ng kalabang shop. kung kukwentahin mo yang 3 years, baka break even ka lang. or napakaliit lang kinita mo sa loob ng 3 years. mas maganda pa sigurong mamasukan ka ng 3 years na minimum wages. baka mas malaki pa maipon mo. ganyan kalala ang comp rental business ngayon since affordable na pc and internet

just sold my units last week. 2 years din ako nag-internet cafe business. 1st year was the best then just went downhill. Hirap din at magastos. Tiring kasi panay patch & upgrade. Sakin lang I'm glad I tried it, atleast na-experience ko. But given the chance (if ever I have extra funds) I wouldn't do it again. Dun pa lang talo ka na. nandiyan yung after a week or pwede less sir na mga headset mo, may virus na agad PC mo etc etc. alam mo naman mga computer parts/hardware mahal; mataas na kuryente, monthly DSL subscription; you'll need a mayor's permit pa (1 reason I decided to stop my business). Hindi lahat worth e. Lalabas ang laki ng mga expenses mo. Ang matitira sa net income mo barya-barya nalang, swerte lang ako kahit papano nabawi ko lahat ng gastos ko in about 7 months.

maganda sana cafe business e. nasira lang nang dumami na may similar business & dropped the prices. pero kung dating price yan na mga 30-40 per hour ang ganda sana. now it's just not worth it especially with only a few units. Waste din naman to get alot of units kung di ka naman din sure na magcclick. And computers aren't good investments either since mabilis magpalit & magupgrade ang mga system requirements. If I were you mag-isip ka nalang ng ibang business. That's just my opinion.

hetu bro suggestion lang ha if you have more than 10 pc try mo inhouse call center

t*ng ina parekoy money is pouring in like spring in Christmas try mong maghanap ng client l will give you hint ha...

if your client pays $50.00 per lead

you have 10 PC and 10 agents each agents makes minimum 2 leads a night that's $100.00 per agent $1,000.00 10 agents

$1,000.00 a night X 22 working days that's = $ 22,000.00 a month
minus payroll and electricity and other expenses of 10 agents around $10,000.00
( mostly less)

that's an income of around $12,000.00 a month that twice a nurse makes in the US

try mo parekoy percentage sa akin if you make it

with regards sa location, if you will be offering gaming, you should make sure na you'd comply with zoning ordinances of your locality with respect the minimum distance from schools.

likewise, you should have promos to offer loyal customers.  say every 8 hours of rent they would have one hour free.  just make sure na the free hours would only be valid during your off-peak hours para hindi makadagdag sa bulk ng mga clients during peak-hours.

peace all  ;D

How do you start and in house call center agency?

by the way mas maganda HULOG PISO COmputer games kaysa internet cafe for reasons:
1. Di mo masyado kailangan bantayan.

Medyo kakaiba yung hulog piso. Pang arcade type yan. And i never imagined maging hulog piso ang isang PChan. Anyways some points to help you out in opening a computer shop.
3. " Customer Satisfaction " Kung ano hilig at gusto ng customer mo try to keep it up with them.
Good Luck to you!
