can't download from rapidshare, megaupload and hotfile

it's been 2 or 3 weeks already hindi ako nakakadownload dito sa bahay using globe dsl.
been trying to download from these 3 file hosting. kung hindi your ip is already downloading e puro i reached my limit. kahit irestart ko ang modem together with the router. ganun parin. i'm not using open dns na.

meron ba sa inyo nakakaexperience ng ganito?

nagcheck ako ng settings ng router wala naman kakaiba. mga filtering, firewall mga ganun.

same problem dati. Try to use ccleaner para ma clear yung cache at temporary files then reboot the PC.

additional info:
i have 3 laptops here sa bahay. all 3 including a desktop can't download.

Sir anu ba set-up ng globe? kapareho ba ng smartbro na shared ip address..? kasi minsan nakakaencounter ako ng ganito minsan buong araw ako di maka dl parating your ip is currently downloading...try mo suggestion ni haleer, clean mo system mo cache, cookies and everything then reboot baka makalusot ka...

sir, maybe the problem is in the globe network. you are sharing same ip's with another subscriber. nacheck nyu na ba sir na dapat dhcp client yung sa wan interface?  ::moreinfo

report nyu na po sir sa globe yan mismo. or try the release/renew ip on command prompt if the ip is dynamic.

nacheck ko yung DHCP Server, enabled naman sa router.
i'm using dlink 524. baka nga globe. ang weird kasi lahat halos ng file host hindi  pwede..
