place 2L  warm water in a basin..add ka ng rock salt mga half a cup and about 2 teaspoons ng tawas..babad mo hands mo dun,about 30 mins...try mo mga 3 times a week..

yung first ihi mo sa umaga yung pinakamainit na na imbak sa bato mo yun ang pang sawsaw mo sa kamay mo. kadiri pero sabi nila effective. payo lang kapatid wag mag masturbate gamit ang sabon lolz

mas effective to imo.... OT: ma'am laces ba't nyo alam?  ;)

yung ihi kase, maligamgam din with a minerals. same goes with lukewarm water, then lagyan mo ng salt para magsilbing minerals.

Gamit kau ng mushroom product na "ganoderma lucidum" maraming benefit yun. Research mo sa google...gumagamit na rin ako nun for straight three weeks.  Results show talaga....

Eto po, try nyo yung "ganoderma lucidum" na mushroom.  Try nyo na rin po research sa net sa google or wikipedia  about this mushroom.  Gumagamit pa lang po ako for two weeks now and I could feel difference regarding my insomnia and stress.
