Question on the calendar method

Regarding calendar method. Alin po ba ang tama 8days before and after safe ung babae o 7days before and after?

7 days before and after. but thats pushing it to the limit. most pros would recommend 3 days before and after

sa pagkakaalam ko eh applicable lang to kung regular ang menstruation cycle ng girl if not better use the condom instead kung ayaw mo pang maging tatay... it's better to be safe than sorry..

Yung before po magagamit niyo lang yan kung regular ang mens ng partner niyo. Tama sabi nila na mas safe ang after mens. Basta po ang tandaan niyo lang, ang ovulation period (kung kailan pwede mabuntis) is 14 days before mens. Kaya para iwas na magkamali ng bilang at kung mag irreg yung babae, stick na lang kayo sa after mens.

record the data (1st day of mens, duration of mens) para makuha nya ang average cycle

matagal ko ng ginagamit ito almost 3 years na ang data sa cycle ng gf ko (average is 29 days)

menstruation prediction accuracy is plus/minus 1 day.

fertility set to 3 days (para alam mu kung kailan dapat kargahan para mabuntis)
