every woman has a cycle. Lets say for example 30 days ang menstruation cycle nya.

Half of the month she is fertile and another half she's not. 30 /2 = 15 days pwede mag xxx.

If she has menstruation for 5 days every cycle: 15 - 5 = 10  --- 10 days na lang ang safe.

That 10 days would be divided by 2.   10 / 2  = 5 . That would mean she would most likely be safe 5 days before and 5 days after her period.

It all depends on how long is her cycle and how many days is her period.

IF C= menstruation cycle in days; M = menstruation period in days then

[(C/2) - P] /2 = the days safe before and after the period.

Hope that helps.

Korek ka jan bro n1colas...

@dindong basta magaling kyu magbilang ng days po:) its 5days before her period is safe and 5days after her period safe pa po...
(If 20jan sya ngkaperiod po then natapos sya ng 23/24,so up to 29jan safe pa sya po.
Then before 20 next feb.

pero the safest way lalo na pag irregular yung girl, 3 days before and 3 days after

also consider other methods like the Basal Body temp method and my personal favorite...

the cervical mucus method: "pwede ba tyo? check ko ha, spead!"

@dingdong

sabi mo pang 3rd day...

3rd day ng alin?

if thats the 3rd day after the menstruation period then its safe.

if thats the 3rd day after you had sex, then check that date if it fits in the safe days.

Gamitin mo yung method dito>>>http://www.essentialbaby.com.au/ovulation-calculator.html. Now, iwasan molang yung pinaka-FERTILE period sa magiging result ng calculation mo dyan at presto YUN NAMAN ANG MGA PINAKA-SAFE NA PERIOD(including red flag days).  Kelangan alam mo yung menstrual cycle ni girl(28 ba, 29 or 30 days ba, etc) at yung Luteal phase eh usually 14 days.  Use at your own risk!
Experimentum periculosum.  Judicium dificile.

Ovulation Calendar Calculator v.2.0.0

This is not just for the ladies, it’s also meant for husbands or boyfriends too! Check your ovulation or your partner’s ovulation period with this Ovulation Calendar Calculator. Don’t underestimate the use of this utility, as it is able to help you predict when is the best time to have sex so as to avoid pregnancy, as well as when is the best time to conceive a baby, whenever you are ready for one.

The software is able to chart a woman’s ovulation cycle on a monthly calendar, with a graph to follow such that it is user-friendly. The information given by the program is able to predict the calendar days on which the woman is likely to be most fertile, so as either to avoid these days or to have the men get working really hard during this period of time!

You guys are doing it the wrong way..

Why are you counting after the last day of mens? Day1 is the day her mens begin and the last day is the day before her next period begins..

If you want to avoid pregnancy then the thing you should be concerned about is her time of ovulation.. Ovulation usually takes place 14 (+/- 2 day) before her next period.

She'll probably ovulate at days 12-16.. Sperm can live inside a woman for up too 5 days and her egg can only last for 24hrs after ovulation.. so if she ovulates at days 12-16 then you shoudnt have sex on days 8-18.. Theoretically she's infertile at Days 1-7 and days 19-28

IF you want to know more.. Google the Standard Days Method.. Its a system developed by Gorgretown university if Im not mistaken and is said to be 95% effective on woman that have a regular period thats within 26-32 days.

The only catch is that you need to know if she has been secreting a slippery type of cervical mucus (which is critical for sperm survival and fertilization).

I think the best way to know if she's been secreting mucus is to watch out and notice if she's wearing a panty shield/pad.

Very important ang mucus.
