bottomline, she's right....bunch of freeloaders. I saw this pic in FB, one of the model units that is being offered to them by the gov't, and they're even still complaining? It's like a mini 1 or 2 bedroom loft, almost looked like a 2 storey thing. I don't even know why they're still complaining with that. Coz it can be far from work? Hell i know people who live in Laguna and Bulacan and come home everyday. That's where the laziness kicks in, you're already throwing them a bone, they're too lazy to fetch it, chew and dig. Then what do you see, people can afford their liquor everyday, get laid and make babies....tsk

simple lang sagot dyan eh kaya binababy ng govt ang mga squatters kasi dyan sila kumukuha ng malaki nilang boto pag eleksyon tama nga naman ang statement ni bianca sila na ngang libre sa tirahan sila pa galit pag pinalayas. in return holdap ,carnap, pagpatay, etc. pa ang kapalit.

Tama ka sir, yun ang hirap sa gobyerno, and I'm not saying na sa pinas lang ito nangyayari even in other countries nangyayari dinyan. Dito sa Canada may ganyang situation din, we pay taxes pero yung mga walang trabaho naman ang kumukuha ng tax namin dahil sa Employment Insurance.

Agree ako kay Ms. Bianca nagpakahirap tyo mag-aral at maghanap ng trabaho tapos sila lang din ang makikinabang. Tapos pag tinanong mo sila ang daming reason kung bakit sila nagiisquat. There are so many ways to earn money aside from commiting crimes, kelangan lang talaga paganahin ang isip.

if you fail to understand that she has a point. then.... it makes this discussion moot.

1st. we as a culture are highly exploitative. look around you and you will see.

1. no cops. ill violate the law. (sample: pag nasa ibang bansa sobrang obedient the pinoy. pero not in our own country. kasi they know makakalusot or worst. magpapalusot. hahanap ng lahat ng butas para maging tama ang mali)
2. no regard for other people's rights (kung hindi apektado, walang pakialam. try mo mag squat sa bahay ng squater. pag hindi mabilis pa alas quatro patay ka na. pero pag binawi ng may ari ang lupa. kulang na lang presyuhan ng parang Ayala land ung lupa... wait... diba akin yan? wala ako pakialam.. 100 taon na kami naka tira dito = face palm)
3. hahanapan ng paraan ang batas para maibagay sa kanila (tingin mo na lang every time na meron bago batas. its always wrong in the eyes of the public. even though the law was passed to protect them)
4. we always ask for help, but never extend a helping hand (now this is tricky, a filipino would help with the notion of something in return. try mo kausapin mga friends mo at magpatulong. ang first reaction = ano kapalit?.... pero pag nagpatulong gusto buong buhay mo ibigay mo)
5. pag sinabi ng iba, laging mali kasi hindi ung ang gusto. kahit tama... basta mali yan sa paningin ko (and yes natural reaction ng pinoy yan. lahat mali... bago isipin bakit nga ba? innately maduda ang pinoy. siguro sa tagal natin under colonial rule. lahat pinagdudahan na and thus lahat mali na)

at bago sabihin na ^**&*#$ ka para kang hindi pilipino. use the observations above. use an open mind. answer those questions/reactions above like your family is being held hostage by the abu sayaf. you will see what i mean.

2nd. we love underdogs. lagi tayo kampi sa mahirap. sa talunan. sa nangangailangan. we have the saying "pusong mamon" unfortunately. we know how to exploit this as well.

they complain because they pay for everything
1. rent
2. electricity
3. water

in squatters area
1. free rent and they rent it to another wannabe squatter giving them extra income
2. they used jumper for electricity and water so they have free electricity
3. then they asked the DSWD for  the kalinga program a 1000+ Dole out subsidy from the goverment saan kapa

politicians have a mutual relation with these informal settlers. they get paid to do stuff ex. pampadagdag sa rally para isipin na malakas pwersa, bilhin votes nila, hired as goons (madalas kasi meron nagtatagong mga x-cons, gun for hire and the like) expendable din sila, kapag pumiyok ang isa ubos ang lahi courtesy of mayor so&so.. i just hate it when it comes to reproduction... parang zerg. ambilis mabuntis sa 1 taon pwede and 2x mgbuntis. sheeesh. lalo na ngayon at ung mga kabataan lumalahok na rin sa paligsahan ng "pabataan magkarun ng anak"

-kunin ang mga pangalan ng mga 18+ sa edad. gawin ito sa every year para tuloy tuloy ang monitoring sa mga edad.
-wag payagang magparehistro ang mga taong nkatira sa mga ganung lokasyon.

agree with her. karamihan ng mga lintek na snatcher, holdaper, police-characters lives sa mga squatters area, dapat talaga paalisin na sila para mabawasan mga magnanakaw, mamamatay tao sa metro manila. malambot kasi batas natin, dapat may political will ang mga local leaders natin para maubos mga informal settlers na mga ito. kung ayaw nila umalis, sunugin, un lang un.

di naman pwedeng hulihin sila kasi maglumaban patayan ang mangyayari, pag binabayaan naman may tendency na tumaas ang crime rate dahil sa holdap, snatcher, etc.etc.

I totally agree with Bianca. actually, I like her. kaya biased ako. 

but not to defend those poor pero hindi lahat masamang tao. may mga nakilala akong disente.
pero karamihan talaga nakakainis ang ugali.
