here's a combo for a typical ken/ryu player :

jump in for a fierce punch+uppercut(down+fierce punch) double up with the hurricane kick = Dizzy, then do a super move or another combo like flying fierce kick+forward low kick double up with dragon punch.

Guile/Charlie:

jump-in for a fierce punch(while charging back)+jab+sonicboom+backfist(fierce punch)=dizzy, super move or another combo.

another combo:

jump in for a medium punch(while charging down and back)+low sweep+do a sonic boom and jack-knife two-in-one. this can be done while charging backdown in one sweep motion press forward then punch, then slide up then kick.
