guys meron po aku binili na ganto gadget tpos wen i connect it to my pc via usb di po xa ma read ng pc ku pero nun dati na detect po xa pero di mu xa ng appear sa my computer ku..wats d problem po ba pg ganun any tricks po kung ku po xa magagamit in my pc? sayang po  kc e..bagong bili ku p nmn..tnx in advance

try this

1. click start
2. right click "My Computer"
3. Choose "Manage"
4. Under Storage, select "Disk Management"
5. the list of all disks will appear.. just choose your HD (you can easily identify it through its size)
6. right click on it, then choose FORMAT
7. Finished

dude nitry ku ung tip mu kaso wala sa storage at disk mangement ung portable hd ku e..anu kya problema? bago bili ku p nmn to..bt ndi xa na detect?? tnx po ulit

ano mobo mo? try mo reinstall yung driver ng USB port.

or try mo gumamit ng ibang cable.

or, apat yung butas ng USB di ba, testingin mo sa iba-ibang slot. or kung may iba pang nakakabit sa slot, tanggalin mo muna. kagaya sa akin ayaw madetect pag may ibang nakakabit sa USB port.
