Paunahan na lang yan eh. Nasa strategy na nila yan kung pano mapatumba ang isa! And to think almost perfect ang record ni Hatton except for that one bitter loss kay Mayweather, Jr. na hanggang ngayon nilalamon pa rin siya ng buhay.

mga nakalaban ni Pacquaio..... Marquez, Morales, Dela Hoya mga has been ex boxing champs past their primes na kaya no match sila sa mas bata, mas condition na Pacman. no doubt skills wise the best si Manny & if continues to be humble & workaholic in his training he will surely wins his bout with Hatton. however this briton is no push over & he is a reigning champion too like Manny. he is also young & powerful as Manny. siguro nasa diskarte na lang yan sa laban nila. who ever will make the best strategy will win. it's a toss up!

@Yubi Akira - Past their what? When Manny Pacquiao fought El Terrible, Baby Face Assasin and JMM, all of them were in the top 10 pound for pound list.

Don't overlook Ricky Hatton, the only time he fought a fighter that was in the pound for pound list (during the fight) was when he got his first loss.

This maybe a good match if you compare the list on a skill set basis but if you look deeper at those particular skills' level, its a mismatch.

The fight was made not because the Hitman can match up Pacman. It's because Ricky Hatton is the best fighter Boxing has to offer for the pound for pound champ.

given the same if not better conditioning pacman had when he went up against golden boy, pacman will surely whip hitman's a** this coming may 2
it does not really matter where the fight will be set, last i heard, pacman has no problem fighting hitman in his turf
the evolution of pacman from a no-defense brawler to a high caliber fighter he is today is simply remarkable

it's pacman all the way!! can't wait till 5/02/09!!

Manny by KO. Hatton blocks punches with his face. Damn sure he'll be eating flush and straight lefts all day.

I would also love to see the verbal war between roach and mayweather sr. because we both know that hatton and manny are such nice guys.

And imagine the pinoy crowd cheering Manny! Manny! Manny! and the loud brits with their drums and singing , chanting    "There is only one.... Ricky Hatton"
