Late yata ako dumating ah. Always na lang late. I highly respect naman jokjok's opinion. Hindi naman niya inuugat yung photo based on personal angst eh. I think the thread got off on the wrong foot is kasi walang nakilugar sa pag-iisip ni jokjok where kung sana walang nagreact sarcastically or rudely ay sana maganda ang purpose ng thread.

I suggest clean the thread but don't remove it. Maganda ding debate to eh.

PS Nurse din ako hehe.

@jokjok

Tol wag kang magalit I get your point pero you also need to get kung bakit nagkakaroon ka ng ganitong reaction from these people. Ina-assume ko na hindi ka nurse. Although hindi ka nurse, you don't need to be one in order to understand where the hatred comes from.

EDIT: 1000th post woot!!!!!!!! Inuman na!

A good question is

"If you remove HOLLYWHORE from the picture, may di ba totoo na na de depict sa image?"

Opinion ko:

Nurses are going overseas to earn for a better future. Here in the Philippines, nurses are working 6-7 days a week (non-government hospitals) or in government hospitals 3 days a week. Some hospitals have 8 hour shifts, some have 12 hour shifts. If you are working as a nurse in a non-gov't hospital, your salary may range from P3,000 to P10,000 monthly, depende sa hospital. And ang masama pa dito is if di dumating yung susunod sayo, minsan wala ka choice kundi magduty 16 hours - 48 hours tuloy tuloy.

Where as sa US kasi, 3 days a week ang work with 8 hours/shift. If lalampas dyan, considered as overtime na yun. So dahil rin sa greed nila, they will work 7 days a week, 16 hours per day. Pero this is voluntary.

So kung kunwari.
Regular Staff Nurse rate per hour (California): approx. $36
$36 x 8 hours per shift x 3 days = $864 <- that is with out holiday or OT
($36 x 2) x 8 hours per shift x 2 days = $1,152 <--- OT kasi
$864 + $1,152 = $2,016 x P45 = P90,720/week

doon... kahit 5 days ka lang magtrabaho parang 9 months to 1.5 year mo na yun na sweldo dito sa pilipinas! Pero, marami nasisilawan sa pera. Marami nagkakasakit, meron minsan namatay.

Merong iba may purpose bakit sila ganyan, meron na man iba gusto maging mayaman.

as a BSN graduate in reality thats true but for the practicality is very good....,being a nurse is a nobles job..we these three basic principles that we always bring in to our selves the psycho motor skills-physical abilities, the cognitive skills-the brain, emotional skill-the feelings. and if everybody knows what is a nurse...then u will understand, what is nursing all about.......hope everyone will not argue this issue..for me....i will agree with the issue but the sad part of this issue is that it makes the nursing profession degrading..hope u guys bless u ands realize u that u will not be ok if u will have a nurse beside u 24 hours.....

I can't help but LOL at the threadstarter.  Bitchslapped several times and still doesn't get it.  Once again, you can't convince a blind person that he can see if he doesn't know what he's looking at.

Sige na, may point ka na, though how you choose to spread the "message" might look clear as day in your head, it is truly nonsensical to the rest of us.

Ok before I would say something, for Nurse corrupted I am not defending myself or somehow I do, but it is just but normal to say it’s not true when you know it is not true, as a nurse here in the states I think this concept is not true I don’t know how this story came out. How can anyone say it’s a slave trade when you get paid exactly the same as the nurses who graduated here?  Right now I ventured into web marketing it is a job a enjoy most I love being a nurse but I believe it is a vocation not a career opportunity. For me I took it as a career opportunity.  The people who started that nonsense is so pessimistic I don’t know how they see life in general. If they don’t know how to appreciate what they have just don’t include other people in your misery. Nasisilaw sa pera ang mga Nurses dito? Yes we are…. We should be because these are what we feed are family.
