badsector sa harddisk natatangal ba? nagkaroon kasi yun aking baka pwedeng matangal?
kung pwede anong software? kung hindi anong solution sa bad sector? ano ba ang dahilan nito?

Gamit ka ng LOW LEVEL FORMAT, or Norton Disk Doctor... actually hindi yan naalis, tinatranslate lang nila yan as file.  tissueplease::

yep itranlate sya as recovered files, para maayos ng HD and understand/arrange which file sectors can still be used and those bad sectors can no longer be used, this will make ur HD more usable than HDs na nde na repair ung bad sector

bad sectors are physical errors on the disk itself so it cannot be repaired

a low level format will only reset the data so that your pc will not read the bad sector as bad (there are instances that they are still usable so this means you get the space back)

Yup I agree. Bale in aunmark nya lang ung bad sector pero ang totoo physically damage na un.

Gaya nga po ng nasabi ko at nung iba nating mga ka espiya, Badsector is a Physical Damage sa HDD natin. yung mga software po na ginagamit natin, they only translate/marks those bad sector as a file. pero, once na nagreformat tayo as in CLEAN FORMAT with FDISK, mag aapear ulit yang mga bad sectors na yan.  laffman:: ako sau pare partition mo na hd mo para hindi ma apiktohan yung iba... d na maayos ang bad sector at least mag parttion ka hindi na magkalat dun sa hiniwalay mo drive... heheh

Wear and tear ang number 1 cause nyan tsong (ie: nagkaron ng contact yung head sa platter, nabump yung HD habang nagra-write, too much heat, etc.) Basta from physical damage yung origin, contrary sa sinasabi ng iba na may mga software na pedeng magcause ng bad sector.

Kahit ganu mo pa kaalaga ang isang HD e magkakabad sector din yan pag lumaon. Pero syempre good maintainance will prolong the life of your HD irregardless.

di na matatangal ang bad sector.  kadalasan malapit na mag crush, so if i were you, back up mo na.   mga harddisk ngayn wala na bad sectors, unlike harddisk ginawa 5 years ago. normal lang may bad sectors.
