wag na chief. hindi ko sinasabing masasayang lang pera mo o walang kwenta yung product. pero mas maganda kung gawin mo nalang yung mga conventional na exercises at mga cardio. sit ups, push ups, squats, burpees, walking/jogging and etc.

Nagjojogging naman ako or walking almost everyday pero the rest sa sinabi mo, para kasing di ko kaya gawin yun ng walang gamit.

since nagjojogging kna. ang tanong umaabot ba ng isang oras mahigit? kung oo at sanay kana. try the weighted cuffs naman. pra may resistance... sabayan mo ng free weights after cardio. kc anything na workout na mas mababa sa 30mins ay pampataba lang. yung product na yan ay hndi na recommended. kasi any gym equipments na nagfoforce to work our muscle ay hindi na inirerecommend..HIH

Walking lang ako pag weekdays mga 20 minutes sa stairs kasi nasa work ako. Pag weekend naman Sabado lang 1 to 2 hours walking pa rin pero sa outdoor na yun. Minsan lang ako pag Sunday.

Maraming option para magpapayat ka. Pero hindi ito magiging epektibo kung hindi mo babaguhin ang lifestyle mo. Eat more fruits, vegetables and fish rather than meat especially yung mga matabang pagkain at bawas ng rice. The best pa rin talaga ang mag-exercise. Iwasan mo na din ang mga junk foods o kung hindi man ay minimize. Try mo din i-trick yung body mo to burn fats instead of carbs. Marami ka namang makikita sa internet ng mga ways and means para magpapayat at may video pa. Actually nasa tao talaga yan. Sabi nga kung talagang gusto mo magagawa mo.

Water.
Drink lots of water. Don't mind pissing more often than you normally would. Even to the point that your piss would be crystal clear.
Trust me, you will see a difference.
