Mentor. Yung makakasama mo sa gym, mamomonitor yung workout mo. Kaya I would always advise newbies to get a personal trainer. Even though in the long run you will realize that getting a personal trainer for getting toned is BS once you get the hang of it.
Kung wala kang budget = proper food lang katapat nyan. Get a decent whey protein supplement, partner it with decent protein sources (fish, milk, beef etc.) In the long run, hanging out with fella gym buddies, malalaman mo rin ang ginagamit nila and what works for them.
Yung brand ng supplements? punta ka lang ng cash and carry. Mag minimini mini moo ka lang dun they are all practically the same, when you get to become an advanced gym nut, then you will get into the intricacies ng ingredients ng mga supplements.
Pero tyaka na yun. When you get to the advanced levels, lalo ka lang ma coconfuse because there are plenty of schools of thoughts on training/bodybuilding/athletics. So stick with the basics first.
