Another Filipino Invention - Self Charging Car
« on: March 18, 2011, 10:09:25 am »
Can anyone confirm this news?

An inventor from the Philippines has demonstrated a bare bones electric vehicle with an 11-kW DC motor running on just one 12-volt battery, which is kept charged via an antenna circuitry that draws electrostatic or radio wave energy from the surroundings. He's also developed a super-efficient repelling force that he wants to engineer into an engine.

but sadly eh hindi pilipinas ang makikinabang sa imbensiyon na iyan.  world bank and other high profile organizations will pressure the philippine government not to support such invention.  remember engr. dingle and his water-powered car?  eventually eh ibang bansa ang nakinabang and hindi full-blown ang pag-utilize sa technology.  bakit?  kasi malaki rin ang pressure sa mga OPEC members.  eh siyempre hindi naman madali ang transition from gas or diesel to water-runned tenchology and ang start niyan ay sa mga vehicles lng, eh pag binantaan ng oil embargo ng mga tusong OPEC members, eh di patay ang ekonomiya ng isang bansa.

my point is pag sinuportahan yan ng gobyerno, for a short while eh mahihirapan tayo because of "pressures" from outside but will eventually turn out to be a very rich country in the end.  imagine kung ilan ang gustong makinabang sa ganyang teknolohiya.

well, given that it is already working sa car, e madali na lng yan imodify para sa ating sariling tricycle.

OPEC members should realize that their prized commodity is slowly depleting and eventually ay mauubos din ang fossil fuel ng mundo.  if people will act kung kailan malapit na maubos ang fossil fuel i think maraming bagay ang titigil sa mundo given our dependence on oil and its by-products.

just recently ay may isang company rin na nagsabi na nakadevelop sila ng isang "specie" (i cant remember the exact term used) and which they claim secretes a substance that is comparable to what we know as oil.

ika nga eh necessity breeds invention.  my dream is that in the near future eh mas maging affordable ang source of power be it for our cars, generators, and what have we.

hayyy, daming wishful thinking, but back to reality, hirap ako makatulog now ah.  yayain ko nga muna pinsan ko na lumabas kung hindi siya busy.  :)  txt mode.  :)

Perhaps oil can be considered necessary for economies to thrive, but I think it becomes a hindrance to the development of smaller countries that aren't blessed with that resource. It's not exactly fair to force people to keep on buying something so expensive when an almost better alternative could be just around the corner.

Long-term thinking should also incorporate the increasing scarcity of potable water sa mundo.

that's why we need a leader who has brains and balls to stand up and know how to stand up against those "pressures". not someone who follows suit. haayyy.. sayang talaga mga ganitong opportunity.

My pinost akong ganito dati, pero sarili kong idea. Self Charging Electric Motor. i think sa PDSL ko yun pinost. i still have the my outline, but still it not tested. Di pa man kasi nag sstart ang project, dami agad batikos. Saludo ako sa gumawa nito, atlease same kami ng idea. ^_^ itry to post my simple outline here. then kayo na bahala humusga.

Di nga lang ito pang sasakyan. Kind of Self powered generator using Motorcycle Magneto, Electric Motor Battery as triggering power, and Power Converter or Step Up Transformer.

Have you considered efficiency of the electric motor? There is no device that is 100% efficient, assuming that the motor you are using is around 80% efficient, and the output power of your motor is 1000 watts, therefore, your electric motor needs (1000/80%)=1250 watts of power. For sure your Motorcycle magneto is not also 100% efficient, if the motor is 800 watts, output power of your magneto might only be 640 watts assuming it has 80% efficiency. From this even is you still dont have an external load, the power will eventually die down.

mali  ka tol there is no such things as  impossible

kapag ba sinabi theres no device e ibig bang sabihin as in wala

there will be a device na magiging 100 efficient kaya nga nabuo ang word na "Research and Development"

+100 to this.mga 10+ years ago napanood ko yung feature about ke Dingle sa ABS and sadly they said dahil sa pressures
ng OPEC countries like Saudi hindi to nasuportahan ng Pamahalaan. Yung mga loans from other countries me me secret contracts yung mga yun na you can't do this or that.

pero bro if ngclick naman ang ganitong invention - this patent would be all over the world and maybe those large multinational firms would agree to build their plants here and boom - kita din para sa gobyerno yun.

saken lg, our government has alot to think about talaga problema dito, dun and they would'nt risk on a silly invention....

I went home last year sa province namin medyu ramdam ko na din kahit papano ang "kakarampot" na effort ng
gobyerno about sa fuel. yung batas na about sa biofuel = hahaluan ng 10% ethanol ang gasoline is taking effect -
i forgot the name of the plant but marami na ngtatanim sa probinsya(negros oriental)eto yung pinagkukunan ng 10% na ethanol and medyu maganda ang pricing. it gave farmers another source of income.
