mga ka-espiya patulong ako kung my remedy sa problema ko ksi pag inoopen ko ung chikka and YM Chay ko...my lumalabas n message ito yung sabi------->Windows cannot open this program because it has been prevented by software restriction policy.For more info,open Event Viewer or contact your system Administration.

sana mga ka-espiya magawan n praan ang problema ksi wla akong pang text and pang-chat sa gf ko..ito lng ksi ung way ko and mkatipid nrin..dito kasi ako sa middle east...thanks advance!

windows 7 b gamit mu? firewall yan malamang... nasa riyadh ako..

ask ko lang, is that your own PC? or sa company niyo and you been trying to run YM and CHIKKA?

probably not a firewall issue yan, its a software restriction policies, kung sa company niyo yang PC di mo pwede maayos yan, if own PC mo yn try to check this
->go to run command
->type gpedit.msc
->expand "computer configuration"
->check "Software Restriction Policies" if YM and chicka programs was set in there.
-> you can expand software restriction policies by right clicking it then set new policies / rules.

let me know if still cant fix the issue.

bad to say...tama k pre..sa company pc nmin toh...peo bkit gnun sa computer ko lng my gnun..peo sa iba wla nmn...wla n bng ibang way pra maatos tong problem ko..?

hmm... if that is the case.. malamang nilagyan na nila ng restrictions ang pc mo for chatting.. at baka hindi lang ikaw ang nakablock dyan.. meron pang iba.. much better kung magrequest ka na lang for permission.. kaysa gumawa ka ng paraan para magka-access ka.. magiging dahilan mo pa yan ng pagtanggal mo sa trabaho..

sa meebo or sa yahoo mail ka nalang mag YM, actually di yan sa PC mo sinet eh dun mismo sa domain account mo sinet, software policies is set thru script nag rurun to after you log in, probably you will notice a command prompt on the first start up, anyway kung gusto mo yung kasama mo na nakakaaccess ng YM or chika un ang pag log in mo sa pc mo para magamit mo YM at chika

mga madlang espiya..salamat sa mga suggestion and opinon nyo sa problema ko...bka wala n tlga akong magawa ngyon....last option ko kausapin ko nlng ng maayos ung I.T nmin dito..mga indiano ksi eh..kya medyo iba ang pag-uugali...pero thnx tlga inyo...=)
