uy, salamat sir.

Although not entirely false information, pero meron pa rin silbi kahit konti.

Thanks for validating this claim.

@neckromancer

true...true...however...

you're alone, you suffer a heart attack. either you...

do nothing: death most likely awaits, unless you're lucky enough that someone will spot you squirming on the ground. but since you're alone, most likely you'll be dead before that happens

or

do something (not necessarily the one mentioned here): may or may not save you depending on what you do, and you know what you're doing and throw in some luck (since not all measures, even though widely acknowledged, always work).

do everything you can to save your neck, ika nga. better kung tama ginagawa mo.

well, ang nitroglycerin po ay for chestpain. take note of the situation. example ha, saan ka ba mas likely maging alone at magka-Myocardial Infarction (MI) also known as Heart Attack? sa hospital where someone can give you nitroglycerin or at home where you can usually get the aspirin? when you get an MI, you dont treat the pain, you treat the blockage in the heart. aspirin is a blood thinner. when the blood is thinner, the blood may pass easier kung hindi totally blocked ang Coronal Arteries.

again, sinabi nga po sa topic na "heart attack". hindi naman sinabing any kind of pain. may symptoms naman ang heart attack like numbness of the arm, etc..

btw, i'd rather have an upset stomach being the most common side effect of the aspirin than die from a heart attack.

or

i'd rather suffer more simple "complications/side effects/adverse effects" than die from a heart attack.

Hi, Ive red the article.It say to do a hard cough..I think it is for someone suffering from palpitations or SVT's, coughing serves as valsalva manuever to stimulate vagal hence to decrease heart rate and others do carotid massage..I think now they don't advise it as per AHA..Treating Heart attack as laymans term for MI.. Both ASA and NTG are drug of choice when treating for possible MI or ACS..of course if you have MI you would expect to have chest pain..so you can treat the pain, but of course morphine is still the no. one drug of choice for pain..NTG are only advisable for stable BP..but still yes it is prescribe for pt's with known to have history of MI's.ASA in other hand, is given as an antiplatelet together with other blood thinners like plavix and clexane to to thin the blood.. ;)

Within 5 minutes ang effect niyan. Ang aspirin, depende sa laman ng tiyan (kasi solid yung tablet).
