This is strong.  Lady Gaga, aware the paparazzi was taking photos of her (and if you know L.G., you would know that she HATES getting her photo taken unless she is posing--I have first hand experience with that) decided to give the photographer the middle finger and the bloody singit. [Media Takeout]

She showed her off motherffing bloody pad!  This has to be the best thing I've seen celebrity do to a paparazzo in the history of stardom.  By the way, do girl still use pads?  I thought this was a tampon dominated world already?
