di lang sa cooling fan nakikita yan ako walang cooling fan na ginagamit hsf lang talaga almost 24/7 everyday bukas pc ko wala ding aircon dito sa kwarto ko pero napakadalang maghang or magreset pc ko due to overheat kahit damihan mo pa ng cooling fan yan if di din maayos pagkakalagay ng hsf tapos waalng thermal paste or let say kunti na lang malaki pa din tendency na mag-overheat yan.

Tama, malaki ang epekto ng HSF lalo na kung mali ang pagkakalagay mo nito at kulang or sobrang dami ng thermal paste na ilalagay mo. Ang pinagkaiba lang ng may proper cooling sa wala, hindi paikot ikot ang mainit nahangin sa loob ng case mo, nailalabas nya ito para makapasok ang mas malamig na hangin.

Aaminin ko sayo, tig 120 pesos lang yung fan na kinabit ko sa harap ng case ko at mumurahin din case ko. Haha. Di naman ako mayaman para gumastos ng malaki sa PC. ^_^

Amp, bakit wala kasing edit button. :D

Kasama na din sa "proper cooling" yung maayos na pagkakakabit sa HSF. Nga pala, wendel,  salamat sa pinost mong price list, ilang linggo na din ako naghahanap nito, bukod sa tipidpc.

4770 or 4870 or 5770. Anong specs ba ng monitor mo and anong resolution mo balak maglaro? Yung mga cards na yan pwede  1680x1050 kahit max settings. Yung 4870 at 5770 halos pareho lang sa specs, pero DirectX11 na yung 5770, both can display up to 1900x1200.

Pareho lang pala tayo ng resolution na gamit, masyadong mataas yung mga nairekuminda ko sayong video card sa ganung specs. Try mo yung ATI Radeon 4670, yan gamit ko ngayon. Kaya nya 1280x1024 max settings, kahit may antialiasing na x4, minsan x8, sa games. Yan na ang pinagamagandang video card sa ganung resolution na di kailangan ng power connector, di pa makunsumo sa kuryente. Pwede ka din kumuha ng 4770, magandang investment na din yun kung sa tingin mo sa ilang buwan magpapalit ka ng monitor. Wag ka din pala kumuha ng video card na 1gb, 512mb lang ok na, pangmatataas na resolution na yung 1gb gaya ng 1680x1050, hindi porket mataas memory ng video card ay mabilis na.

Check mo Athlon II x3 435 kung gaming hanap mo, tri core yan. Di naman gumagamit ng mahigit sa 3 cores yung mga games ngayon. Pero kung gusto mo talaga ng quad core mag Athlon II x4 620 ka nalang, parehong bagong labas lang ang mga AMD yan. Sa halagang 6k lang may quadcore ka na.

Ayun, magandang build sa murang halaga. May matitira ka pa pang pagkain. Hehe.

Mas maganda magiging gaming experience mo sa binigay na build ni kornx kumpara sa una mong build. Nanghihinayang lang ako sa graphics card, halimaw masyado hindi na kakayanin ng monitor, mapipilitan ka atang magpalit ng monitor. ^_^ Or get a lower card and save some more cash kasi sabi mo 1280x1024 lang gagamitin mong resolution.

Check mo din yung Antec 300 na casing, may nakikita akong nagbebenta sa tipidpc ng mga 2nd hand for less than 3k.

Disheart gamit ko sa tipidpc. 2 beses palang akong bumili dun, parehong 2nd hand items. Haha. Pero napapadalas ako dun ngayon pagnagkukumpara/check ako ng price computer parts.

di aricon ang room ko. i've been an AMD user since 1998 (from AMD K2 hanggang ngayon na AMD II x2) and stock HSF lang gamit ko. puro hearsay lang yung nag-iinit AMD. at 18/7 ko gamit 6am to 12midnight. kaya rin lang siguro nag-iinit kasi nasisira yung fan. di umaabot ng 2 years ang fan ko ng AMD.

yes i agree with TobleRONe... I've had my PCs from the stoneage XT to Pentium3, after that nag athlonXP (est.75degrees max) then athlon64 (est 65degrees max) and X2s (est 65degrees max) (courtesy of Everest) so far im very happy with AMDs releases dahil mas mura, hindi din aircon room ko and i dont use electricfan either hehehe not overclocked naman... stock din yun CPUfan except sa athlonXP nag thermaltake volcano fan ako (meron pa ba nun? hehehe) so far buhay pa mga yun (all three of them) at hindi naman nagOverheat.
Avid gamer din ako and lately iniiwan ko magdamag kapag may dinadownload.

for all those who said AMDs will get as hot as a frying pan, its the thing of the past...
(kasi ata parang overclocked versions lang ng intel chip mga lumang AMD, at least from what i've heard)
Pre-AthlonXP pa yun, kaya nga nung lumabas yun AthlonXP medyo tumagilid shares ng Intel and forced them to bring the price down para maka compete with AMD, sadly sa mga AMD fans nung lumabas yun C2D, nalampaso AMD kaya siguro lakas ng loob nila mag price increase sa chips nila, but from what i've seen some AMD chips are quite good... im planing on buying a new PC with intel's E7500 (meydo bugeted kasi :() partner with mid-range vid card pero sa ngayon parang mas gusto ko na yun athlon II X4 620... sana nga lang may 3Ghz ver na hindi masyadong mahal ;D ;D ;D ;D

and sometimes marketing strategy lang yun eh, baka masmalaki kita ng vendors kapag intel benta nila kaya mas promote nila yun intel. although im not against intel chips, but i think mas value for money yun ibang chips ng AMD just like sa reviews ng tomshardware from previous post up

opinion ko lang naman yan ;)
