to be clear, we DO NOT allow the exchange of things related to hacking, cheating, anything illegal, etc
you can discuss it yes but the moment someone gives detailed accounts then thats not allowed. you can however, use pm for it if you want. but take into consideration that you will never get help from espiya staff if ever you get into problems because of these illegal things. in short kung mahuli man kayo na nandaya kayo at tinuro niyo ang espiya, hugas kamay ang espiya diyan and hindi ka tutulungan ng espiya sa problema mo.
as for the warez, they are NOT in any way hosted in espiya server and I (since most of these are posted in the sections I am in charge of) do NOT offer any help whatsoever to those who download those software. kung magkavirus kayo dahil sa download niyo wala na akong pakialam dun and I will not help. kung napansin niyo, hindi ako nagrereply (if ever na may reply man ako, these are very few) sa mga threads that contain download links to warez.
