as the last bulwark of democracy, SC should be spared from politics......

bukod dun 7 magistrates ang magreretire at sila ay iaapoint ng SC......


ang pattern ngayon, pro-GMA ang mga desisyon ng SC, voting 8-6 (Neri vs Senate at Garcillano vs Senate)...


This year malamang isalang ang cha-cha express at ipipilit na makarating sa new homecourt ng admin w/c will be the SC composed of pro-gma magistrates?

correction: the 7 new  magistrates will be appointed by PGMA
