meron ako dito linksys wireless-g broadband router, na install ko na..ang gusto ko kasi may security or password, para di makapasok yung ibang user na di ko alam,di ko kasi maintindihan yung WPA,WPA2,RADIUS at tsaka WEP. kung meron sana kayong time explain sakin ito, at kung papano ba dapat gawin.. thank you.

at tsaka panu mo pala makikita kung ilan ang naka connect sa  wireless router mo?
at anu kaibahan ng G sa N channel..thank you ulit..

this is why i hate linksys when it comes to wireless

anyways, you can choose any of the security protocols. HOWEVER, what is important is that the security protocol you choose must also be the same as your users will be using. example, you choose WPA, those who want to connect to you must also choose WPA setting for them to be able to connect to you. the safe bet would eb either WEP and WPA since some laptops (i.e. asus eepc) only have these two options available.

i tried to connect using WPA-PSK (pre-shared key) setting before and that damn asus eepc won't connect. i had to switch to plain WPA before it was able to connect (although detection was no problem).
