Help Po!!! Internet Connection na inde Makakonek!

Problema ko po ung Internet Connection ko... Mango po ang ISP ko tapos kapag magkokonek na po ako sa internet inde sya mag konek although tama naman po lahat ng info. na nilagay ko (i.e. Username, pass.) USB nga po pala nakakaonek ung PHONE.. please help naman po mga ka spy!

dial up to right? pag dial-up talaga, common ang ganitong problem. this could be due to a number of things. most common, puno na yung load ng server nila kaya hindi ka makaconnect (may limit lang kasi yan per a certain period of time -- ex. 100 users per hour)

other possible reasons:
may interference sa phone line
may problema ang modem

try to place init strings on your modem, ano po ba brand ng usb modem mo? At ano dial-up error ang lagi mong na-encounter?

Unang-una dapat alamin muna natin yung error na lumalabas kung bakit hindi makakonek.

Tama si King Sayote, puwede mo ba i-lathala sa amin kung ano ang nakukuha mong error kaibigan?

Direct po ng USB ung phone... and honestly ngayon ko lang po na encounter ang ganitong klase ng connection... walang USB port ung CPU so bumili kami ng USB Card para maikonek lang yung Phone... i guess ung Phone na mismo ang nagse serve as modem as the manual said... familiar po ba kayo sa MANGO phone which is kakarelease lang sa market??? sa fren ko kasi ung PC tapos ni rely nya nga sa akin ang prob.. after i read the manual at mga instruction inde pa ren ako makakonek... Connection failed lagi lumalabas sa connection every time na mag aatepmt kami mag connect... hays!!! sana po matulungan nyo ako... almost 1 week na ito inaayos ^^

aaaargghhh!  digitel??? and a fairly new product to boot!  good luck getting decent tech support ;D

as king sayote advised, try their helpdesk.  just be patient w/ whoever you'r talking to. empleyado lang yun whose job is to log your call. they wouldn't know a thing about how to fix your prob. just provide them w/ whatever info they need.  ask for the "ticket number" of the prob you reported so you can easily keep track of the prob & make a ff-up later. and pester them!  call them whenever you can to ask for updates.

ahh.. digitel... common problem with digitel

laging disconnected. most likely the problem is with digitel itself, not your pc or the hardware you have
