cost of papers when buying a 2nd hand car?

how much would it cost all in all? transfer of ownership etc. what other fee's could i encounter? newbie (would be)car owner.
also how is doing 2nd hand car scouting done in manila? uuwi ng pinas hanap kotse. safest and legit way. anything i should know. salamat.

5k po nagastos ko. pinalakad ko po,pero kung kayo ang maglalakad siguro mas makakamura kayo after one week lng nakuha ko na ung CR. madali lang naman stincel at kukunan lng ng picture ung car.
