mga ka spies i have a quesion regarding my encore router kc po everytime i use ok nmn po sya cguro mga 1 week po hindi ko sya nagamit until yesterday when i use it wala na po aku internet eventhough hindi nmn po aku nag mimiss to settle my bills...ang nag appear e server not found as in wala kya hindi po aku makapag surf kahit na status connected nmn po ako ni try ku na i restart ung router but still no changes paano po b ang solution regarding my router??? my kelangan po ba ako i configure? plssss badly need this para mapakinabangan ko nmn po uli ang router salamat po ulit

Dude, ano router mo? sana pinost mo na din buong details, hindi yung problem lang..
Ano din pala ISP mo..? na try mo na ba directly isaksak sa pc yung line to bypass the router (kung di naman dsl yang plan mo..)

icheck mo antenna mo kung nakatayo pah...yan muna...

check if you can get a lease ip from the routers dhcp

check if you have connection to the router (try to ping the router ip e.g. 192.168.x.x) ..

check from within the router if you can get a WAN ip from your ISP (Globe, Smart, etc).

Bosing in my part using linksys broadband router nakakaconnect na ang isang laptop and mga cp's but not in one desktop pc using a usb wifi(3com)na dedetect naman wifi but its always asking username and password, any idea kung ano dapat ilagay dun?thanks

clone the mac address or reset then reconfigure your router.

naka encore po ako tapos smartbro ang isp ko..

 bro. ano ang OS. mo?
try mo punta sa dos mode then type mo ipconfig.. then i display nya mga details ng ip mo.
then ipconfig /release... para pa reset yung configuration ng ip.
then ipconfig /renew... para ma refresh yung ip mo.
then ping mo yung ip address mo ex. ping 10.0.0.1 then tingnan mo yung result via percentage.

pag me problema pa. try mo pumasok sa canopy ng smartbro.
