help regarding buying a PC

guys pahelp naman po...
may plan kasi akong bumili ng pc, pero di ko alam kung anong specs kailangan ko.
pero may gusto na akong specs

processor - AMD Phenom x4,
video card - 1 gb(pls. help sa brand)
500gb ram

pakibigay nalang po yung mga kulang. budget is 25k-30k
