Actually, the new Enemy, is going to be named Whiplash, but he is more based on an enemy named Crimson Dynamo.

A Russian who (unknown how right now) gains similar technology to Ironman (stolen, copied, came up with it first, seems to be the guy makes his own, but better) and calls himself Whiplash, but this story follows more along, as mentioned before, a guy named Crimson Dynamo.
