subukan mo to: Punta ka C:\windows\system32 tapos open mo gpedit.msc
Tapos punta ka User config>Administrative Templates>Start Menu and toolbar>hanapin mo yung entry na "Remove Run from start menu". Open mo tapos click mo "disable".

Punta ka start menu at dapat andun n yung run command.

1. Open gpedit by double clicking on 'gpedit.msc' (C:\Windows\system32\gpedit.msc)
2. Open 'User configuration' -> 'Administrative Templates' ->'Start Menu & Toolbar'
3. In the right pane find 'Remove Run from start menu' and double click on it
4. Chose 'Disable' and push OK button

I hope this will sove your problem

or you can open registry editor

navigate to these locations

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer]

[HKEY_Users\.default\software\microsoft\windows\currentversion\policies\explorer]

you should see an entry saying norun. either delete the value or set it to 0. the reason why i suggest this instead of changing it using gpedit is that other entries might be there (i.e. nofolderoptions, nologoff, nodrives, nodesktop etc etc). if you see other entries there, set them all to 0, ang wag mo llang galawin is yung default
